Yoast is a trademark owned by Yoast BV, a Dutch limited liability company. The Yoast trademark registered both in the US and in Europe:
We usually do not allow other companies to use our trademark in domain names or otherwise.
Trademarks and our code
If you fork a Yoast software project, which, you’re of course welcome to do under the GPL, we will ask that you remove all references to our trademark outside of our copyright lines. You’re welcome to build upon our code and our ideas, but we take protecting our brand seriously.

All the code samples on our site are licensed under the GPL unless otherwise specified. If there is no copyright line and you want to add one, please use:
